Who may buy

You must be 21 or older, or a qualified medicinal patient with valid documentation, and physically located in an area we are licensed to serve. We verify age at signup and again at the door. An order handed to anyone other than the named recipient breaches our licence, so drivers cannot leave a package unattended, with a neighbour, or at a front desk.

Order acceptance and pricing

An order is an offer until we accept it. We may decline or cancel any order, before or after payment, when:

• Age or identity cannot be verified at the door
• The delivery address falls outside the area we are licensed to serve
• A batch is pulled from sale after a failed or expired lab test
• Daily purchase limits would be exceeded
• We have reason to believe the order is for resale

Taxes and totals

Prices exclude tax. Excise and local sales tax are calculated at checkout and shown as separate lines before you pay, so the total you confirm is the total you are charged.

Both shelves, one set of rules

Cannabis and psychoactive mushroom products are sold under the same age check, the same ID check at the door and the same purchase limits. Functional mushroom products carry no psychoactive compound, but they are sold from the same licensed inventory and follow the same terms.

Liability

Cannabis and Amanita products are intoxicating and impair the ability to drive and operate machinery. You are responsible for your own consumption decisions, for keeping products away from children and animals, and for not consuming before driving. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
